any idea how to use microsoft webcam or logitech webcam with ahp iwatch or vanguard

The simple answer is that you can't.
You need to feed the video into the computer using the VA11A or VA12A.

Or you could use something like iHouse (FREE!) which directly supports I.P. cameras and webcams without the need for a VA11A or VA12A or even AHP.
