Don't forget surge protector power strips.  I just had a customer track his problem down to a couple of those.

Finally got every thing working ok. This dummy when I redid the breakers I forgot that you have to stagger the breakers to be on one phase of the breaker box. I put them right next to each other.7 am I woke up and happen to relize what I did. Changed the breaks and that got every back in phase and working ok.
 I would not use this noise filter. It a smarthome X10 XPF 20A 3-Wire X10 Noise Filter. I got it this mourning and installed it. The circult was started to work flaky. I put the 5 amp back in place.
