MS10 not turning off
« on: August 06, 2011, 02:19:37 PM »

I often have to walk around and retrigger the MS10 before it will turn off when I wish to alarm the system.

Find out what is triggering the MS10 in the first place.

Are you running the MS10A with the detection set to 1 or 2 movements for a trigger?

Which Security Console?

I'm having a similar problem.  The MS10 causes the zone indicator on my PS561 console to light up when it sees movement (as it should), but the indicator remains lit long after movement in front of the MS10 ceases (the MS10 is in my bedroom).  The only way to clear the zone indicator is to press the test button on the MS10, and I have to wait some time before doing so.  The MS10's detection is set to 2 movements for a trigger.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

Just ordered one of these maybe that was a bad move? Wondering if this is a design error. WAIT are we talking about a MS10A or MS18A the newer model.
