Sentinel Camera not responding to either remote

I have trouble from time to time with my Sentinel camera where it will not focus correctly and then it also is not responding to any remote commands sent to it even when I am a few feet away.  It is very nice when working, but ugly when it is not.  Very frustrated....

Do you have only one of them?
Since the cameras work in groups of four unit codes in the same house code. Turning on On turns the other three Off. By power line commands.
It could be possible. The cameras supply sees a On signal to another Unit code in the group and then turned off the camera. Thus the remote will not work.
