PZZ01 Install Questions Neutral Wire Bare

Hello and hope someone can help me.

I was going to try to get a PZZ01 installed in my house.  The problem that i came across is that the neutral line coming in to my house from the meter is bare wire.  Is there any way to install the PZZ01 over this or not.  I tried to figure this out but had trouble even finding an example of bare neutral wires coming from the meter.
