What about those promotion URLs?

I found most promotion URLs I found in other places still show valid page with "add to cart" etc. Not sure if those promotions are still there? And where I can find a list of those pages? I am looking for buying some WS13A

I have never seen a list of valid offers either.
I don't think the "make an offer" pop up is being used anymore either.

Things are changing. Even if we don't quite know how yet.
Some EBay and on line automation dealers still have the WS13A/XPS3 switches in the $15-$20 range.
