activehome / cm15 drivers messed up
« on: September 03, 2011, 12:54:17 AM »

Hi Guys,
Is there a faq on how to completely remove the drivers and reinstall?
In windows 7 x64, I go to remove AHP from control panel and I get a msg that it can't,since AHP maybe have been uninstalled. So I reinstall it, and when I try to uninstall, I get the same weird message..

The problem I'm having:
I bought a new laptop and installed AHP and connected it to the CM15. It seems that everything works, timers and all, except that it won't communicate with any Light modules or appliance modules. It works fine with wall switches and motion detectors, very weird.

So just to test, I connected my old laptop back and all works like normal, so the components are OK, that's why I suspect it's the drivers.

what I've done so far:
1- I've followed the procedure listed in another thread of removing the batteries and rebooting, I even pulled it off the power and removed the batteries overnight.
2- I've reinstalled the sw several times with reboots. I have no idea how to uninstall it.

Best Regards
