did everything they said to do three times. from dumping everything and starting over again. to renaming Images files, to turning off rescue app whatever... but nothing working. an  out there. i can watch but cause it closes.

Like the Operating System being used and the X10 software that is being a pain.

windows 7, 32bits try'd 64 but it still came up with error.
