Noisy Freg And X10 PRO XPNR Noise Reducer

Hi say I'm having line noise problems and was thinking about using these to help eliminate the problem. I was considering these over the Noise Filters because you have to match them with the "Amperage" of the appliance and most don't provide enough, especially for larger appliances like refrigerators. These can be wired directly from the offending device and don't have to be matched to the amperage  so I thought this might be the best way to go. Looking forward to your thoughts and observations.
