Noise issue? X10 stopped working

I have had a working X10 system for external lights for several years.
We just got a second oven installed that required a new breaker (20amp double pole).
Since then the lights stopped working.
I tripped the circuit breaker yesterday and everything started working again.
Not sure why the oven would break my system.
Can anyone offer a suggestion?
The interface is a CM15a

It's possible the new oven is to blame.  Either it puts noise on the powerline (a distinct positive given when you tripped the breaker X10 started working).   You probably need a filter on the circuit the oven is on.    Do a search here for filters and see what's usable.  You will need to have the power draw amount to get the right filter.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

Most likely it uses a (noisy) switching power supply for the electronics. You might try an XPNR (X10Pro.com) since it wires across the load and not in series, like most filters. Also do you have a repeater? Sometimes they can boost X10 signal above the noise.

Thank you - I will attempt to find a Filter.  I do not have an extender, I do have a Coupler/Repeater that I did not install since prior I did not need it.  (No spare slots in the circuit panel now)

Solved - I swapped the two HOT wires on the Circuit breaker.  Everything started working again.

So whatever was putting out the noise is on the OTHER phase from the affected modules, most likely.
