I recently picked up a Philips EnduraLED dimmable LED Bulb. 12 watt 60 watt equivalent.
I have started doing some tests with the bulb.
It is kind of a strange bulb. It has yellow pieces around the outside and bright Blue LEDs inside.
The Yellow plastic pieces glow White when hit by the Blue LEDs.

Preliminary tests show it works fine with an older Date Code 02K45 WS12A wall switch.
No data on a newer soft start with resume dim features.

It does flicker slightly when dimmed all the way down but will not go 100% off. It will go Off when the WS12A is sent an Off command.
Adding a 40 watt bulb, that is the minimum wattage rating for a WS12A and it still did not dim to 0%.

LM465s also where slightly strange. Both Old and Soft Start versions did not dim to 0% even with a 40 watt bulb also on the load.
Soft start ones don't dim to 0% even with incandescent loads.

dims smoothly and all the way to zero. I've tried it with an LM465 and Smarthome Lamplinc Essential 2000SC. There's a slight bit of flicker sometimes at the lowest dim level (seemed slightly worse using the LM465) but it seems fairly steady after it's been on awhile. You need an SH624 (which sends fewer RF dim copies than other remotes) to control it smoothly.

More tests showed that the bulb didn't generate power line noise or absorb X10 signals. When tested with an XTBM.

Found that my original thoughts on the WS12A and WS467A being OK with it was flawed. The switches where not 100% in following commands with the bulb for a load.
LM15A Date Code: 05E22 Socket Rocker. Pulsed On and Off a few times before deciding to stay On when commanded On.
Smarthome 2000STW {two way} and 2000SHL {receive only} X10 LampLinc. Turned back On if Local Control Enabled.
Smarthome 2001STW {two way} and 2001SHL {receive only} X10 ApplianceLinc. Turned back On if Local Control Enabled.
New Smarthome X10LM465 Lamp Module and X10AM466 Appliance Module. Both work fine even when Local Control is Enabled.
