Issues with replacement AirpadX 10"

Just received my replacement AirpadX 10".  First unit worked well, had minimal problems until screen went dead.   Trying to work through the following issues that I did not have with the prior unit :   1)  Settings do not seem to hold; have to put in each time when started 2) Total space and available space is shown as 6.38gb, but available space is 0gb, file manager does not show any major apps/file s using memory. 3) Cannot add Amazon or any other apps.  Any assistance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I would first try a factory reset and if that does not work, try reloading the firmware. A search will find instructions on how to do both. Good luck.

I am not sure why that would happen, but cjhallx's suggestion of reloading the firmware should fix the problem.
