Airpad 7 (Clearance) No market, or anything

So, I just got my Airpad 7, but there is no market or anything installed on it, how go I get the play store installed?

I haven't found a way yet.  Best I've managed is Amazon Android Market, which is less complete, but it's a start anyway.  That an installing some things direct (but there are lots of things there doesn't seem to be any direct way to download).

I ended up installed the 002 ROM, and it has the market.
