Where do I download the SDK?

Hey, I was looking for the SDK and it didn't come with ActiveHome Pro.  I checked its directories.  It makes sense as an SDK is just for devs, so it cuts out the extra stuff to take up less space.  I figured I'll be given a CD instead of a download, so that's why I was waiting.  So, back to my question, how do I get a hold of the SDK and is it free?  Are there any licensing regulations I need to be aware of when developing programs with it?

Free except they want your name and email address filled out.

There are no AHP CDs all software is downloaded and you use the registration numbers emailed to you.
