E-Mail/Calendar

I have been trying for a couple of weeks to set up my email and the calendar on my AIRPAD.  I accidentally stumbled onto a Cisco log on screen, but had no idea what the password was.  When I try to set up either my browser or email, I enter what I believe is the correct info, but alas, no go.  I hope that anyone who has found a solution to my dilemma will set me in the right direction.  And for any and all replies, I want to thank you for sharing your wisdom.
