« on: September 24, 2012, 08:16:32 PM »

Just saw a Power Flash Module (used) go for $61 plus $3 shipping  :o I bought 2 new ones 2 years ago for less than $20 each. I would have stocked up if I had only known B:(

Yes I have a few spare Powerflash units myself. Both X10 and X10pro versions.

Word is the new CM15As are going to be around $100. So why take an EBay chance if you can wait a month.

I still have a Radio Shack X-10 plug/n power Burglat Alarm Interface.

It sounds like it's the same as the Power Flash.

Would it be?

If it is an OEM Powerflash.
It would look similar to the X10Pro PSC01.

I have used an Insteon 2450 I/OLinc with an added X10 address to send X10 On and Off power line commands.
Worked fine on an ELK Doorbell Sensor that also can trigger a Powerflash.
Few differences.
It also has a internal relay that can also have an X10 address added to it.
It can only use dry contacts for a trigger.
Only does On and Off commands. No optional things like flashing lights or triggering Powerhorns.
