The 300' was with a Palmpad remote. I never measured the maximum range using motion sensors as I had no need.
one question i have regarding the cm15a is why it has a transmitter antenna?  what would it transmit to?
It transmits to the Ninja camera mounts.

The RF transmitter can also send Arm and maybe Disarm signals like a Security Remote. To the X10 security consoles if you have the On Alert Plug in.

Dave confirmed my thoughts on the Ninja P&T Bases.
