X10pro PA011 and X10 SR227 are discontinued from what I have seen on X10 Automation dealers web sites.
Have you tried a web search with Bing or Google?

The Smarthome Insteon OutletLinc can have an X10 address added to it.

The SR227 Split Receptacle is still being sold by X10 as of 10 minutes ago.

I would call to verify they really are available and back in stock.
As some items are again starting to trickle back in.
Most X10 dealers are saying discontinued or showing out of stock.

According to X10.com everything they have is 'plug and play'.

Yet another lesson that not everything on the internet is true? :)
