Smart Macros software not working

I have AHP and macros were working before, I bought Smart Macros and once installed all macros stop working I can not make them work and make new ones to work. Did you recomend me to uninstall and reinstall everything again?

Can you give us a little more detail?
Does AHP indicate the macros are running, but your modules aren't responding?
What types of modules are you controlling with these macros?
How are you triggering the macros (timers, remotes, motion sensors, from within AHP itself)?
