Airsight outdoor not finding router

when at wireless settings, 'scan' does not find router, tried IE and chrome and hit 'scan' many times

I know it is obvious, but be sure that the antenna is connected.

Is your router broadcasting its SSID? if it is not, then you will have to enter the name of the router manually.

If you know that routers are visible with other wifi devices, then you may have a bad camera.

SSID is broadcasting, antenna is on, other devices connect,  after many  attempts camera connected once but never again
