Airsight Power Cords

Does X-10 have power extension cords available?. This would be a cord that is connected between the camera and the power supply.

They do sell POE {Power Over Ethernet} adapters.

I have not seen power extension cables.
Many electronic stores and vendors do sell DC power extension cables.
You would have to find the  size of the connector.
Example 5.5mm x 2.5mm. That would be a barrel of 5.5 mm with an internal pin of 2.5 mm.

Yes they don't, but AMAZON does sell them.. I first used a 25 foot extension power cord to power my PTZ XX40A camera until i decided i wanted to do the POE thingy.

For me i would prefer having the POE & CAT 5 cable connected to my router in case i needed to to reset the ip address or do a firmware upgrade and just in case MR. ERROR shows up, and I needed to reconnect. With just the power extension powering the camera YOU would  have to run a cat 5 to reset the camera thru your router.

Thanks! I found them on Digi-Key
http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?lang=en&site=us&KeyWords=CP-2212-ND&x=13&y=16
This will help me out since I don't have LAN access for these Cameras.  >!

B:(  The Power Extension I previously posted is incorrect. The correct Part Number from Digikey is CP-2220-ND for $2.61 each (3 Ft length)
Correct Dimensions are 3.5 x 1.35mm DC Connector ----for the XX34A, XX36A, XX41A, XX42A, XX39A  camera
See http://kbase.x10.com/wiki/SAW-0502000

http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/CA-2220/CP-2220-ND/1129483

Note: they also come in 6Ft lengths for $2.86.

The only different one is the XX40.
I saw 5.5mm x 2.1mm for that model.
