I'm trying to add some listeners to BVC with some DS12As. The way I'm doing it is, with a simple macrco, when DS12A is trigerred activate D15 which is a ghost module, I tried with one present module too and nothing. I want BVC to tell me (the door is open, please close the door) and when I open the door, nothing happens. Don't want to talk. I'm using the last AHP on Windows Vista. I'm not sure but I think BVC is not communicating with AHP. I will appreciate your help. If more information needed let me know. Thanks in advance.

I would take a look at Ihouse of PCC they can both do this and they are still being supported

Does BVC see other PLC?
If so then AHP may not be sending the signal via plc
Check the AHP activity monitor or a thirdparty logger to see if the signal is actualy being sent for your ghost modual.
Also what version of AHP are you using?
Do you have the newest AHP SDK installed?

Yes AHP is sending the signal to the module, I'm using AHP last version 3.318

How about the AHP SDK? Is it also the latest version?

javiert30

Yes AHP SDK is the latest version, do I have to do something specific with the SDK or just install it like I did?

Tuicemen

Just installing it is usualy all that is needed.
When you trigger your ghost module make sure your triggering it via PLC not RF, the SDK can't see RF sent from AHP

I guess thats how Im doing it, thru PLC. Wait, forgive my ignorance but, how can I choose not to do it with RF and do it thru PLC? I thought it was something automatically from AHP choosing the communication method depending on the way the module communicates, like DS12A thru RF and Outlet or wall switch thru PLC.

Depending on what you have your ghost module configured as and if int isn't on the same House code as a transceiver and your not using the CM19 it will usualy send PLC.
Also check to be sure your ghost module is configured as an appliance module

My ghost module is on E, my house code is D, my DS12A is using the CM19A of course and Im telling AHP everythime my DS12A is open, activate my ghost module which is one ghost outlet and that ghost outlet to send a command to BVC to speak.

I tried with one existing outlet module on D trying , which is my house code using TM751 code D (power line) and BVC don't want to talk neither.

Is the PC connected to the CM15 or CM19?
The computer can only send PLC if the CM15 is connected to it.

I'm sorry I told you wrong, my CM19 is connected to the computer and It send PLC signals thru one TM751 on code D.
