Spontaneous reposition

We have an Airsight Xc36A (Firmware 17.37.2.41, UI 17.37.2.41) with some issues:

During operation (not scanning) it sometimes re-aims to a different place. We haven't seen it happening but I suspect it's a reboot. We have the "call the preset position" disabled. This happens several times a day. We have experienced no problems with the power source. Any suggestions?

I have found my XX40a camera doing that within the last few days.

It seems to only do it when my computer may go into power saving mode and i wake up the computer again.
