DDNA outside address

Not sure if i got posted. Need help on DDNS Status   xipcam.com. I am unable to generate DDNS manufactures option. Also is 10.0.04 an address that can be used outside of LAN. When i type in xipcam my browser goes beserk. Help

What do you mean unable to generate DDNS manufactures option?

under the DDNS SETTINGS
Manufacturer's Domain should be exxxx.xipcam.com where the xxxx is numbers

under Third Party DDNS
DDNS service those are websites you can sign up for to get a static ip address that you  provide the info from one of those sites to put in the box on the boxes under Third party ddns

if the xipcam.com is working you don't need Third Party DDNS.. its optional


What tab is this 10.0.04 an address  under?

Is that under your device firmware and/or Device Embedded Web UI Version
If yes.. no it is just the verison of firmware/UI for your camera
