airsight software on ie not working correctly anymore

x10 xx36a(2) wired through belkin router to pc(win7) using ie always worked, now no control over high left side tabs. Multi-device, network, audio video, system and other tabs won't respond at all.
Tried to 'chat' from the x10 site, that doesn't appear to work.

Nevermind that question, it just started working again.
Next question, is there a firmware update on the xx36a either through x10 or foscam that is needed? If so, which one if at foscam. Thank you again.

By the way, I tried to go to the secure server link, put in my email and order number and it took me back to the ad page.
