Active Phone Pro

Got an issue. I set up active phone pro by checking use route security and then put in my e-mail address. It sent and e-mail to my ipad where I opened the email links and save one as Active Phone Pro WiFi and one as Active Phone 3 G.  tested both links in WiFi and 3G.. Came back a few days later and neither link would work. Does anyone know why. Pease explain
