Airpad X troubleshooting

I am having trouble with my touch screen and can't find the USB that came with it so I used one I had here I can't seem to get it to recognize it also when the touch screen was working I was having trouble getting it to hook up to my Belkin ever since I put a password in it . It won't even let me put the password in. HELP  folks.
