I have CM15A, PLW01, TM751 and AHP installed for multiple years. Last week the PLW01 stopped working on the dusk to dawn timer but the other devices on timer continued to work. The PLW01 will operate manually. I have replaced the PLW01 and TM751 and have the same results.

I have removed the devices from AHP and recreated and then updated the CM15A but the PLW01 will still not turn via AHP or via the dusk to dawn timer that is setup.

There have been no wiring changes. I am at a lose at where to look next.

Help?

Thank you,
Randy

Are you controlling a device in the TM751's output? As it should not be needed to control the PLW01, with the CM15As power line signals.
Anything new electronic devices or existing electronic devices moved in the home?
Do you have a phase coupler or coupler repeater in the home?

One thing that has changed with the latest AHP. Adding support for the soft start devices that ramp On and Off. If your PLW01 is older and does not soft start. It has to be added in AHP from the Old Lamp Before Soft Start menu choice as the Lamp Module choice is now soft start models.

No device is being controlled by TM751.

There is no new equipment and I have not moved anything.

I do not have a phase coupler or coupler repeater.

I moved the location of the CM15A and now have some success operating the module from AHP.
I can turn the module off/on via AHP manually by clicking the switch on the module.
The macro will still not operate the device.

I am using version 3.318 of AHP.
The Plw01 is configured as follows:
Type of module: Older Lamps (no SoftStart)
Module: PRO Wall Switch Module
House Code: D      Unit Code 4

Moving the CM15A indicates there are some power line signal issues.
Maybe the troubleshooting links in an earlier post may give you some tips.

Did you recently get a nice new Smart Meter from your power company?

Do you have any of the power line useage monitors? Like a TED1000 or TED5000?

In AHP. In the tools tab. Preferences, Macro Options. Is the Issue an On in place of a Bright 100% checked?

Brian - I relocated the CM15A and followed the last suggestion that you made regarding the macro preferences and everything is working again as expected.

I did not receive a new smart meter nor do I have any of the testing equipment that you mentioned. Fortunately I ended up not needing them.

Thank you so much for the suggestions. :)%
