Missing DLL? MSVCR100.dll

I get a system error that this file is missing. Any ideas?

Never mind... on a x64 bit Windows 8 machine you have to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) and NOT THE 64 bit version. Fixed.
