Brand new WS4777-C 3-way installed.  Using MT10A controller.  When I select All On the light connected to the new WS4777 comes on fine.  The problem is it does not turn off when I use All Off on the controller.

Ideas?

What type of load are you controlling?
That switch is only made for incandescent type loads. Any other type could make problems.
On but not Off frequently can be the load is making power line noise when On and the X10 signals can't turn it back Off.

Do you have any phase coupling between the two phases of the homes wiring?

Sometimes coupling can shorten the distance a signal has to travel to a module or device. Sometimes just repeating a signal can act like a amplifier... or sorts.

It might be helpful at some future point if you used this weakness (with the XCPR removed or disabled) to check your line for a signal sucker (or even a noise maker). Check everything plugged in until you find a transformer or vampire electronic device that degrades the Off signal. Likely... you'll never need this info. Just trying to be helpful.

Glad the XPCR got the added signal needed for controlling the module.

I would also recommend. Doing some signal testing at your convenience.
