My name :Clarence Johnson Address:487 Gilbert Columbus 0hio I purchase the XX40A PTZ over a year ago. My plug and play ways could not make the Camera work. just this month I decided to read the manuel and Wow! the Camera was on the net. Everything was working the PTZ was exciting to play with. I could not get to the point wheir I could put in my own Username and password However I had learn a lot. and was tired. I Left my compter on so pick up from wheir I left off.the falling morning my computer had shut down. I tried to get back ,but all i got was the message  Resticted. Can Community help me?

Use the factory reset button to reset the settings and start fresh.
This resets the password username to that in the manual.
