Can a PalmPad Trigger A Macro?
« on: January 17, 2015, 11:10:06 AM »

I would like to trigger a delayed light off using a PalmPad.  Has anyone been able to program something similar to what I am attempting?

Thanks - Brian !

Yes!

You need to set up a "phantom" or "dummy" module in AHP. Just pick out the desired address on your palm pad for the macro and set up a module in the software. You don't need a physical module at that address.
Now you can use that address (say B1) to trigger a macro with the OFF code.
Specify delay of whatever then call your real module (say B2) to turn off.
