Airsight IP wireless camera - Password reset

Hi, I changed password from that, I can’t remember my password how to I reset it??

A factory reset will reset all settings including user name and password to the way they were when you first powered up your Airsight.

Factory reset can change webpage login password to default "admin" only, not P2P password for smartphone. Any way to reset the P2P password to factory default?

I believe once you can log on from the webpage as admin you can change all settings, even the p2p settings.
As for the Smartphone app I never played with it but you should be able to reset it or at least delete the cam and then re add it.
Worse case you may need to uninstall the app then reinstall.
