Literally bogus. But Virtually true. You're getting down to finite details of definitions and unrealistic expectations. Literally.... every containment ever created.... has been or will be breached. Security by infinite imagination.... does NOT exist. 

Banks fail, nations fail, currencies fail......... hence every penny in any form is at risk. Or.... (under the deposit limitations) No money has been lost in an American bank since the FDIC was formed in 1933. And deposits are completely safe.

BOTH statements.... although in contradiction.... are absolutely true.
