I personally like the idea of it being configurable and had asked for this as my device always crashed when trying to pull history events.
Sometimes you only wish to see the last 10-25 other times you need more events to nail down an issue.
If I have cleared the history there was no crash so I'm unsure if there is a limit to the number it is trying to pull  or if it is my phone which times out.
At least if the pull number was configurable I'd know what the max was where my device is timing out.

I can't imagine anymore than 50 ever being helpful. I could be wrong.... but 50 is a lot.

Yeah.... my garage door logs events (every event is either door up or door down  ). They can be a pain if they need cleared.

Yes, I think having to clear the history is a pain. If the WM100 doesn't have a limit of stored events it will eventually use up the memory.

Last night, I thought one of the options was for "configuration of 1 to 200 events".  With the kind of complex macros that used to fire here, I used to run way over 200 events a day, especially when the HVAC was on x10.
Sadly, I have had to remove much of that complicated automation.

I thought the AHP software showed the last 1000.

I can add more options  I removed the 1-200 as I felt it was to long but I'll place it back in.
Since this is transmiting the info to the app wirelessly eventualy it just takes to long.

I just notice on the sales page for the insider deal the unit only does 50 events in the history
So obviously this is a issue with my Android phone or the app is trying to pull more then 50.
It would still be nice to tell it how many of the last 50 events to pull.
