Cell Plans and the app

My pre-paid 10 cents per minute plan costs $10 for 120 days, and does include a limited amount of data so I can check email when traveling.

Getting off topic, but that could be decent when travelling to the US.  A lot cheaper than paying for roaming.  How does one get this?

PagePlus.  The unused balance carries over, but you have to remember to refill before expiration or the balance disappears.

I have a similarly priced plan from T-Mobile but think it's a legacy plan that's not available to new subscribers.

Done, that will teach me to try moderating from my phone I hate spell check it is worse then my spelling.
