Random Behavior

Trying to figure out if this is a WM100 issue or something else.  There are times were some lights don't turn on as scheduled.  When this occurs issuing commands to turn them of seldom works.  However if I leave them 'off' for a little while then issue an 'on' command they seem to work.

When trying to do debugging the next day every light works fine and never fails.

I have a phase coupler/repeater at the main breaker panel.  Do I need to install another on the breaker that includes the outlet the WM100 is plugged into?

Sporadic behaviour is usually a sign of noise and not a phase issue.
When things won't come on as expected look at what else is plugged in. Check what is on the same circuit first.
Noisy devices don't need to be on, just plugged in can be enough in some cases.

I once had a lamp with an old incandescent bulb that would render every thing on that circuit incapable of working when on.
As it turned out the bulb was failing.

I have an IR remote controlled fan that just being plugged in generates enough noise to block half the house. I have to use an X10 filter on it.

A little LED light I have generates tons of noise when plugged-in and charging.

I had a laptop that was a huge noise generator.

Find the noise.... solve the problem.
