lost phone control of WM100
« on: July 16, 2018, 04:14:37 AM »

Interesting note here...I lost the ability to control (a few days ago) my devices using my Android app control for the WM100. I waited one day and all systems functioned as normal. Just want to know if any one else had this experience; and if this is a common thing. Thanks

So can you control with your Phone Now via the app or is functionality still gone?
Were you using your Wi-Fi to control or the phones data connection?

I've had this from time to time. I think the AWS has rolling blackouts.

I'm not a fan of using AWS, but I guess some people worry about the Willie punching a hole in your LAN security.

I'm also not a fan of AWS being the only way to comunicate with the WM100. We need local control for when this server goes down which it does from time to time. Usualy not for too long of periods thankfully.
