Device status incorrect on app startup

Before firmware update to V0.0.24, the on/off status of all devices was indicated correctly upon launch of the app. After the update, I have to execute Status>Sync data from wi-fi hub after starting the app to have correct indications. Android 7 phone and Android 8 tablet, app V2.0.09.

I also use android 7...Moto phone.  I am not seeing this.  I toggled a device from my iPad, then I started the app on my phone. The status on the phone was updated.  I did this several times, with the same results.
