what you installed was a firmware update not a app update.so there will be no visible difference

I’m sorry I did not understand your answer. Please explain further. Deciding whether to install or not.

Was there any bug fixes? Things work fairly well for me right now and I would hate to break something.

Sorry fat fingers, I fixed my comment. A firmware update usually doesn't help an existing app much it usually adds extra functions for a new app version.
I'll see if I can gather any info from Authinx
