HELP with CM15A

Whith the Winter time change I have to reprogrammed my 2 CM15A
For that I disconnect them remove the batteries , after v5 minutes put the batteries backs ad relod the software with the new time
No one of the 2 CM15A work I tried to reload the timer and macro , nothing work
I am using a laptop with Windows 10 pro
Can somebody can explain the problem I have and how to fix it
