Scheduling A macro to run everyday at a certain time

Can someone help me with this problem. I am trying to run a macro everyday at 10Pm. I know I have to add this to the trigger code in the macro ( I could be wrong!). So due I have to add a command for the date and its value should be "everyday" and then a command for the time which is 23:00 ? Or is there an easier way to do this? What Ever I try Its not working or I'm not working!
Any help would be appreciated!  John
