Since Active Home Pro initially links to this section of the board I'll post here to get the most New user (forum guest) reads!
Guests step by step:

Since many reading this are newbies or guests
I felt I should point out there are a group of users you can Private Message with forum concerns. Some are very knowledgeable when it comes to X10 Gear!
If you're looking for advice, post a question. A Community Organizer or an Expert Adviser will likely reply if another user hasn't already answered your Question.

While there are a few X10 representatives who participate in the forums, nearly all of the forum activity is from fellow X10 users.
