My stop Order request

I placed an order with X10 #1987571. The
next day I cancelled my order and was told
it was shipped already, and to refuse the
delivery. I told them to just cancell the
delivery. Fed Ex just drops stuff off, and
its hard to catch them. Well, after many e-
mails andd still no response, I returned the
order by paying the shipping cost myself.
Another $13.00, I cant afford on a fixed
income. Still no return of my money into my
bank account. Any simular problems?

Yes, I had the exact same situation.  But I
demanded to speak to a supervisor who finally
agreed to send me a free return shipping
label and off the unit went.  I didn't even
open the package because I found this forum
and read all the horrible stories.

I will not give my money to a company that
releases a beta product and doesn't state
it's a beta product.  Come on folks, it's not
the software, it's the hardware, they need to
fix the hardware.  All this software fixing
is just buying them time so they don't have
to refund your money.  It's all fluff

Beta software works most of the time,
The cm15a + AHP is a great concept, but the
hardware(cm15a) and software it’s not beta,
It’s barely Alpha, I would call it proof of
concept, now it’s time to design a real
product.
