Halogen lights

Can halogen lights be used with a standard
dimmable X10 switch?

Maybe. 120 V bulbs work fine with X10
dimmable switch and module.

Low voltage halogen, 12V (like MR16 bulbs)
will have inductive or solid state power
supplies, which do not like being dimmed.
