ActiveHome / Firecracker issues
« on: November 26, 2005, 09:58:12 PM »

My Firecracker remote can control my
outside christmas lights, but my AH won't.
My christmas light modules are in my
garage, on a separate electrical panel. I
have a transceiver in the garage. So,
obviously I haven't done something
correctly. Any suggestions to get my AH
timers working for my christmas lights?
Thanks.

From what you are saying, it sounds like the
powerline commands aren't getting through to
the second electrical panel.  The CM15A will
send powerline commands by default, but it
does have an RF transmitter.  What you need
to do is create a macros to turn on and off
the Chrismas lights that sends the
appropriate RF commands.  You can then create
a timer for that macro if you want.
