Downloaded new version of AHP and now darkness...
« on: January 01, 2006, 09:55:54 PM »

I've used  AHP SmartMacros for about 1 year
and all was PERFECT, including "IF"
statements, timers, and motion sensors.
About 3 weeks ago I downloaded the latest
version of AHP software and now my timers
are erratic (mostly fail to turn lights off
and on), my macros rarely function, and I
can't even manually control lights from the
PC anymore.  Any thoughts?  Previous
version of the software was from mid-summer?

Any help greatly appreciated.

If you can't control lights manually,
something is seriously wrong. What happens
when you try? If you start AHP without the
interface connected, then connect and
download, does anything change?

When using AHP version 3.197 I click on HELP
to  check for upgrade, I get a dialog box
telling me 3.199 is available.  I clip on the
'upgrade' button, and the program shuts down,
but I don't get an upgrade.  What's wrong?  tks
