IWitness and AHP 3.185 break Vanguard Control Center Software

I reported this in the beta test but it has
not been resolved.  The latest version of
AHP and iWitness are incompatable with
Vanguard Control Center.  The Control
Center software starts up but does not send
the proper RF signals to control the
Vanguard camera.

Please disrequard this.  It seems to work
now.  I'm not sure what I changed but the
Vanguard Control Center software is working
again for me.

After more investigation it appears that
Vanguard Control Center software doesn't
work with the CM15A anymore.  If I have a
CM19A plugged in also and I kill the
x10nets.exe task with task manager then
start the vanguard software it works.  But
then I get many duplicated RF commands when
I try to send other RF commands since they
are sent out by both the CM15A and the
CM19A.  It would be better if I could
eliminate the CM19A and have only the CM15A
work properly with the Vanguard Control
Center software.
