I'm having trouble having Windows 2000 pro to
recognize VA11A.  It found the USB device but
can't install the driver.  I've tried
plugging/unplugging, manually pointing it to
search for the driver in "c:\program
files\common files\x10\DriverInstall\VA11A
Video Capture" with no success.

I know there's a workaround for CM15A by
unplugging from the power and taking out the
batteries, is there a workaround like this
for VA11A so windows would find the device?
