iWatchout

I am having a problem with my iWatchout.  AHP works great along with Smart Macros.  However, when I add iWatchout, and then later when I try to start AHP, I receive an error message and the program closes.  The only way I can get it to work again is to delete AHP, download it again and start over setting up room, timers, etc.  Has anyone else had this problem?  If so, how was it corrected?  Thanks for the help.
